Grünler Holdings partner with many non profit organizations in europe and africa. The core of the Grünler community program is to provide the unemployed young people the skills and confidence they need to move forward in their lives and do the job they love.

 

The objective of community involvement at Grünler is to create meaningful and sustainable change in the communities that we operate in. We endeavor to achieve this objective through a multi-pronged approach like continuous community involvement initiatives, employee giving, building the capabilities of non-profit organizations. To achieve this, volunteers in this program support, guide and inspire the individual’s journey by mentoring, tutoring, getting involved in topical discussions and provide on the job training. Currently, this initiative has enabled the training and development of 54 disadvantaged local youths in Republic of Rwanda and work is on to make them employable.
